Jane Armytage – Director

Jane comes from a corporate HR and coaching background, marrying people strategy with business process.   Using intelligence and integrity, she works as a trusted partner specialising in the development and integration of People Strategy.

Her experience includes projects for organisations across public, private and not for profit sectors (including Legal, Construction, Financial and Manufacturing).  Her diverse expertise and experience coupled with her pragmatic approach ensures that best outcome is delivered quickly, efficiently and to a high standard.

Her qualifications include: MBA – Open Business School (AMBA Accredited),BA (Hons) Business Studies,  Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School, Qualified Lumina practitioner, Member of ABP, Associate of LPI and Member of EMCC.

Nicola Jones – Director

Nicola specialises in L&D.  She worked as a barrister for several years before becoming Director of Legal Skills Training at the University of Warwick.  Much of her training work has involved helping professional people in established careers to tackle new skills.

Recently Nicola has worked with lawyers in Rwanda, and on L&D strategy, coaching and delivering training at home in the UK.

Nicola is a graduate of Oxford and Sussex Universities.  She is a qualified executive coach.

Her qualifications include: Coaching Qualification ILM Level 7.  Degrees from Balliol College, Oxford & the University of Sussex, qualified for the Bar at the Inns of Court School of Law.  Qualified Lumina practitioner, Member of ABP, Fellow of LPI and Member of EMCC

Jeannie Horsfield – Associate

Jeannie specialises in Leadership and Organisational development.  She is an accredited Anger and Stress Mastery Consultant and has extensive experience working across social, voluntary and corporate environments.

Jeannie’s earlier career largely focused on working with social care staff, delivering programmes for vulnerable young people and families with multiple and complex needs. Much of this work involved helping staff to gain relevant skills, and providing effective development projects for client groups to enable them to overcome barriers, to enable them to create productive and meaningful futures.

For the last 12 years her focus has moved into organizational change, leadership development and transformation programmes. She has considerable expertise in mind-set and behavioural shift.

She is a qualified Executive and Team Coach. Attitudinal Intelligence Coach, Qualified Anger and Stress Management (BAAM), a certified NLP Practitioner, Thought Field Therapist, Qualified 360 Practitioner and Lumina Psychometric Practitioner. She is a member of the ICF International Coaching Federation and The International Association of Coaching (IAC).

Clay Lowe – Associate

Clay is a respected high performance coach specialising in leadership, team development, and relationship based sales coaching. His 22 years of leadership and people development has led to increased employee performance, motivation, and engagement.

Recent projects include sales through service training and coaching program for 2 major financial services companies.

Clay has had the privilege of leading staff in a variety of challenging environments to include military, manufacturing, and financial services.

His qualifications include: Certificate in High Performance Coaching (accredited by the Association of Coaching and NLP University), certified Clarity4D Practitioner, and Extended Disc Practitioner, BSc in History from The United States Military Academy, West Point.

Anne Tallon – Associate

Anne is an HR professional with over 30 years of experience in Human Resources in both the public and private sector, having worked the last 8 years at board level in challenging environments.

A Consultant, Coach and Organisation Change specialist who has led large companies through complex change, focusing on engagement at every level within the organisation. Her coaching skills have been utilised to support Executives at both a personal level and through team events as they make their own yet public journey through transformational change.

Anne has undertaken Business Change, Coaching Skills, Consultation and Culture training by Wayne Brockbank, affiliated to Michigan University. She also holds a certificate in Assessor training, and is accredited by BIOSS in both Organisation Design and Development.
