Jane is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development. Educated to MBA level, she has developed expertise as a Coach and Employment Consultant with a wide range of experience across different industry sectors.
She specialises in delivering a combination of employment consultancy, executive coaching and development programmes.
Her wide ranging experience comes from working in a variety of organisations across public, private and not for profit sectors. Her diverse expertise and experience enables her to draw on good practice both from all sectors, to ensure that the best outcome is delivered for each client.
Jane’s approach to assignments is pragmatic, seeking to assess the situation swiftly, identify simple solutions or approaches and enable these to be implemented and embedded with the minimum of fuss. Her no-nonsense approach ensures that the job gets done quickly and efficiently to a high standard. Her philosophy is to support the organisation to develop expertise and skills to ensure momentum is maintained and sustained once she has completed her role within the project.

Nicola is a graduate of Balliol College, Oxford and the University of Sussex. Having worked in a variety of roles in a number of law firms, she qualified as a barrister in the mid ‘90s and practised in crime & family law on the Midlands Circuit for several years.
She began to develop her expertise in learning & development whilst at the Bar when she was asked to deliver legal skills training for the University of Warwick. She moved to work for the University and become Director of Warwick Legal Training at the School of Law.
In 2007 Nicola went freelance writing and delivering training for major public authorities such as the Health & Safety Executive. She enjoys creating effective L&D strategy and designing and delivering fun, engaging training which allows people to gain capability and confidence.
Nicola is a qualified and experienced executive coach and a member of the European Council of Coaching & Mentoring. She is also a Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute and a member of the Association of Business Psychology.
Nicola writes for a wide range of legal publications on L&D topics. Outside of work she enjoys keeping fit and being outdoors and also reading, writing fiction and going to the theatre.
